Chef’s Featured Display Table with Fruit, Cheese, Vegetables, Assorted Pinwheels, and Dips with Crostinis. Station open for one hour during guest arrival.

3 Entrée Choice

Tossed Varietal Greens Salad Bar with Fresh Vegetable Crudités and Assorted Dressings, Chef’s Vegetable, Chef’s Starch, Rolls & Butter, Iced Tea, Coffee, and a Choice of 3 of the Following Entrees:

Carved Prime Rib, Chicken Picatta, Chicken Boursin, Chicken Kiev, Fried Shrimp, Seafood Stuffed Flounder Rolls, Chicken Monterey, Blackened or Grilled Snapper, Peppercorn Encrusted Porkloin, Thin Sliced Smothered Sirloin Steaks, Parmesan Encrusted Snapper, and Sautéed Shrimp Scampi.

Room Rental- Main Dining Room & Pebble Beach Room

Complete Table Set-up-

Tables, Chairs, Table Clothes, Overlays, Chair covers with Tie Backs and Centerpieces for all Guest tables.

Cake tables & Guest Book- Set up and Decorate Tables with cloth, skirting, overlays, or tulle.

Princess Canopy with Accents– Tulle and lights canopy over dance floor with tulle and light accents along stair rails.

DJ Service- Advanced Level & best available DJ from Blue Moon Entertainment. Includes 4 hours of service, announcements, Introduction of Bride & Groom.

Groom’s Golf Group Outing- Golf outing for up to 12 players. Up to 3 days advance prior to the event date. This includes golf cart, green fees & range balls.
